Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice: Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email four (4) days prior to your departure time to receive full refund minus a 3% processing fee. Cancellations within three (3) days prior to your charter departure time, your refund will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to your departure time, your refund will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover Captain booking fee. We do offer day charter hazardous weather cancellation refunds and charter rescheduling without any additional fees. Certain conditions apply. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 4 days prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at jrocxentertainment@gmail.com.
